Bee Care Consultancy provides independent professional supervision to support leaders and staff within children’s residential care and alternative provision settings.
Our supervision services offer a safe, reflective space to explore practice, strengthen decision-making, and promote accountability while ensuring that children’s needs remain central to professional discussions.
Supervision can be delivered on a one-off basis or as part of ongoing support.
1:1 Leadership Supervision
