Independent Regulation 44 Visits

Bee Care Consultancy provides independent Regulation 44 monitoring visits in line with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.

Our independent visits offer objective oversight of the quality of care, safeguarding practice, and leadership effectiveness within children’s homes. We work constructively with providers to ensure visits are supportive, transparent, and focused on continuous improvement.

What Our Regulation 44 Service Includes

Each monthly visit includes:

• An independent visit to the home 

• Review of safeguarding incidents and significant events 

• Discussion with children (where appropriate) 

• Staff consultation and leadership discussion 

• Review of key records and documentation 

• Assessment of quality of care and leadership oversight 

• Identification of strengths and areas for improvement 

• Clear written Regulation 44 report compliant with Ofsted expectations 

Reports are written objectively, professionally, and submitted promptly to support regulatory compliance.
